\n There\u2019s a good chance you only know a fraction of what I do.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n For the most part, I spend my time researching how health is shaped across the life course, from exposures that begin before birth to the environments and systems that influence what happens afterwards. \n <\/p>\n\n

\n My work spans prenatal exposures and offspring health; child development and education; nutrition and metabolic health; food-system integrity; and the social policy and implementation structures that connect them.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n I also teach Psychology, a subject I consider crucial for making sense of ourselves and others, while leading two non-profit organisations tackling childhood inequality and food inequality respectively.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n I spend time brainstorming and building technology-enabled solutions in preventative health and maternal wellbeing, helping people make better health decisions before problems escalate.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Outside of that, you might find me writing novels, singing with the band at church, or simply serving tea and biscuits.\n <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n
